Terms of Service
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are valid for all users of the FANTASPIC online service (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), which is provided by INOLENS s.r.o, with registered office at Košice - Staré Mesto, 040 01, Company ID: 55 547 320, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice, file number: 57135/V (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
1.2. The Service provides AI visualizations that include automated processing of real estate photographs using artificial intelligence.
2. Service Description
2.1. The Service allows users to upload real estate photographs, which are subsequently processed using artificial intelligence to create inspirational images providing an alternative view of the property.
2.2. The Service has its natural limitations. The main limitations include subjective output quality, which is influenced by random factors and input image properties. Some outputs may contain logical errors and atypical visual elements. This is a consequence of the technical properties of image generation and is a natural part of the Service.
2.3. Automatically generated outputs are marked with a watermark that uniquely identifies the visual material as an AI product. The user is required to preserve this marking.
3. Copyright
3.1. Visual material uploaded by the user, as well as generated images, are fully owned by the user from a copyright perspective.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1. The Service is provided on the basis of monthly subscription or one-time payment.
4.2. The Provider reserves the right to change package sizes and subscription prices in the future.
4.3. Different types of subscriptions differ mainly in monthly credit quotas and other parameters that may be added or removed in the future.
4.4. The client has the right to change or cancel their subscription at any time. Canceling the subscription does not delete the user profile; it only stops credit renewal. Purchased or otherwise acquired credits have no expiration date and are not subject to refunds or exchange for money.
5. Responsibility and Claims
5.1. Generated real estate images cannot be claimed because output quality is subjective and influenced by technical properties of image generation. This factor is already reflected in the service price.
5.2. Use of the service is limited to real estate photographs that do not contain people.
5.3. The user is fully responsible for the content they send to the service. If content other than real estate photography is sent to the service, AI may process this content as real estate, which may lead to unexpected and unwanted outputs.
6. Changes to Terms of Service
6.1. These Terms of Service may be updated and take effect upon publication on the Provider's website.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. These Terms of Service take effect on October 1, 2025.
7.2. General conditions not defined in this document are governed by applicable legal regulations of the European Union and Slovak Republic.
